I have previously worked as a sales assistant at an online store called Digital Fusion LTD where they sell computer parts to huge businesses and schools such as monitors, PC Towers, printers etc. These are the following rules I was in charge of while working here; Book keeping, order management, web developing, stock control, managing telephone orders and advertising products on Google AdSense.
I have also worked as a Travel Agent at an agency called Dean Travel, where I was arranging flights, insurance and accommodation for customers. I used an online booking system to secure holidays. I was also collecting and booking system to secure holidays. I was also in charge of the following; collecting and processing payments. Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports, sending out tickets to clients and keeping clients updated with any changes. In the year 2017 I worked as a data administrator at a store called Administrative Assist LTD, below are the following tasks I was responsible for;
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Organising appointments
- Planning meets and taking scheduling detailed minutes
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Providing customer care
- Provide general support to visitors
- Undertaking a number of administrative duties
- Providing opportunities for the future growth of the business
- Developing good relationships with customers, successful in generating improvements to customer’s satisfaction.
- Using initiative to find solutions to enquire and handle complaints in a calm manner
- Creating a good working environment
